You can access the application store from the home screen icon to download and install new games and apps.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own games on your own User ID account and not on the "VRENT" user -ID.
However, thanks to the activated "Game sharing" function, you can play all pre-installed games from your personal user ID (guest ID).
Reset to factory settings
You can also reset the device as follows:
- Turn off the headset.
- Simultaneously press and hold the power button and the (-) volume button.
- Release both buttons when the meta logo appears on the screen.
- Use the volume buttons to scroll to "All Clear data" and confirm with the power button.
- Wait for the reset process to complete.
We recommend to reset the Meta Quest 2 before returning it to us.
