Delivery and Returns
The VR glasses are carefully prepared for you, disinfected and charged. They will then be sent to your home address against your signature.

Two days before the end of your rental period, you will receive an automatic email from us with all the details about the return. The return is 100% free of charge.
The return etiquette is already included in your post.
You can simply attach the etiquette on to the box and bring it to the post office.  

We of course offer all our customers the opportunity to extend their rental period.

Amazing technology and great service

I was impressed by the smart glasses of Meta and Ray-Ban. The way they managed to integrate the technology into a light and stylish frame is amazing - you have to look twice to realize that this is not a classic wayfarer. The way the cameras are placed results in photographs and videos from an angle very close to the one you see with your own eyes. Also the headphones and the mic work very well, for calls as well as for listening to music or podcasts. I loved the experience of not having anything in or on your ears.

I do recommend to everyone who would like to test this impressive peace of technology to rent it from Vrent before buying it. The delivery was fast and the reaction to questions almost immediate - don’t know if this could be done any better.

Dank VRent konnte ich erfolgreich ein Experiment für meine Thesis mit über 40 Schülern an meinem Gymnasium durchführen. Alexey begleitete den gesamten Prozess und war stets hilfsbereit. Sowohl beim Einrichten als auch beim Aufräumen war er vor Ort, um eventuelle technische Schwierigkeiten zu lösen. Die Headsets (Meta Quest 2) funktionierten einwandfrei, und das Experiment verlief genau nach Plan. Ich war am Anfang sehr skeptisch. Dies hat sich aber geändert als Tischtennis gespielt habe und erleben konnte wie nahe es an der Realität ist.

In my spare time, I am a big fan of cinematic animation.
Over social media, I got wind of the fact that VR is becoming more and more a thing when it comes to experience movies. I ordered a headset and was surprised how intuitive everything is to set up. I didn’t get much into playing games but when it comes to watching movies - I can 100% recommend to try it out 🍿

One of the best gadgets that you can order online!

I was really pleased when I saw that this company rents out VR Headsets fully loaded with games and other entertainment that you‘ll ever need.
Placed my order right away and in less than two days I received my package. Right from the box you are greeted with a quick setup card and after 5 minutes you are set.
I personally would go for the gadgets option because they really make a difference when playing action games.
Overall I would rate the whole experience with 5 stars.
Will surely order again when I have guests or organize a house party.
